Have you ever found that immigrants are more cosmopolitan than people born in this country? Why?
Many of countries have problem with immigrant’s people in deferent way. One group they strongly recommend that door must open for every one, and should not monopoly worker for group of people than other. They have some advantages some of these for the companies and the other for the people. For example workers and unemployed workers they will take more training and courses to prepare for their jobs, and finally the companies have chances to select from majority number of employees.
On the other hand some people rejection the previous believe, and they said that all jobs must fill with the citizen of the country then after that by immigrants. They have some right because the unemployment has increased rapidly for the past 10 years. Outsourcing which is using worker from other countries bring a lot of problem for the country on the long way. Thus are transfer the money out the country, decrees the wages, and increase the percentage of unemployment’s citizens.
I think that countries should use stabilization among those tow believes so that can satisfy both group the citizens and the immigrants how live in the same country.

I agree with much of what you have said, however, you didn't answer the question: Have you ever found that immigrants are more cosmopolitan than people born in this country?
Humane knowledge and behaviours reverse his experience and benefits’ results he has collected along his life. It helps people to accept many alien cultures. In addition to life style, traditional behaviours, the customs, friends, school, and his self teaching people become cosmopolitan.
Immigrants are more cosmopolitan than people born in their country because they sew different civilizations and faced different customs which let them came more flexible to accept alien behaviours. That also taught them how to deal with people had another religion, customs, and ways of think. People who born and raise in their country are more domestic than immigrants. Their experiences are limited. They don’t accept alien behaviour as easy as the immigrants do. So the immigrants have more experience in their life and they can control their lives at any palace they live in. That may make their life easier than others because of their flexibility.
