Who is the most hypocritical person you know? Why?
As soon as I got this topic, someone’s name came across my mind. As people say, students who are in adolescence are generally sensitive mentally. Undoubtedly, so I was. As I was a high school student, the ethics teacher who was handsome, young, and gentle was in charge of my class. He was being respectable enough because his personality, humble, altruistic, and generous. As a pure high school student, I truthfully respected and liked him. However, I was shocked and totally disappointed with him after a year. He suddenly fired from the school because having an affair with one of my classmates. They had lived together in a house in spite of he was already married. He had always taught us being a nice person as an ethics teacher, but he had deceived us, and had been such a renegade. I got big hurt in my mind by this case, and I also had cried for about one month because of the sense of betrayal against the perfect hypocritical person. I can’t forget him all my life.
When I read the topic immediately one name jumps in my mind. But I thought a lot before I decided to write about him because the story hurts me a lot.
Three years ago. One of my friends had engaged after she finished her college. She has lived in the eastern area of Saudi Arabia while her fiancé has lived in middle area when they had engaged. In the beginning, her fiancé was so gentle, lover, giver, Affectionate and many other good things that she thought her fiancé have. As a novice in this new life she was living in a dreamy life for first three months. During that period, she noticed different strange things on him but she didn’t give it that important she had too. She noticed that he became more changeableness, angry, miser, tyrant and selfish. He didn’t trust her. He didn’t let her do the stuff she always did. He didn’t respect her and her family. She felt Jealous of her friends. At the time where he did all things he always does. By times, every thing became more strange and more an acceptable to her. Their engaged relationship became impossible. She tried to modify their relationship but she lost. Finally, after sex engaged months she told her family about his strange behavior. They were unbelievable and surprised. They advised her to break up their relationship. Because any relationship will never survives with out honest, respect, love, give and receive, and trust. So, she divorced after seven suffering months. She was so frustration and suffered.
I never imagine there are hypocritical people who lost their humanity especially in their marital relationship.
nobody knows about other humankinds consciences therefore maybe they face a frauds or devices thereupon they understand the situation. this is what happened to me especially who has a kindhearted like me :) .when I was a student in highschool our teacher demand the students whos in my class to do research every week in variety fields even if it not include our curriculum. all of us tried as best as we have eventhought the subjects which he gave it to us were hard and complicated particulary for the students in our age. And we think we did our duties .No one can expects that he is a hypocritical instructor because he tooke our researchs to help him to progress his thesis in master degree.More over he also tooke some of them to his children to approved it as he has adroit kids,what more his children instroctors though that his children did the researchs and our worked evaporate in the air, it is kind of plagiarism I think.
This person simulate teacher.And I hope our teacherin high school is not as same as ....... in ALP in OSU :))
Many people dislike the hypocritical person for many reasons. First the person how pretending trueness and he is not will bring down on oneself. And then people won’t trust him anymore. Second, mendacious person always says what he never does. For example, person how show people that he is rich by his car or his house and hi is not, is hypocritical person. Third, insincere person who is divulge secrets or disclose a plots to other people for his pleaser. Finally pharisaical person who pretend righteousness, honesty, and Godliness is most dangerous than other because he does these things to show up not for the God. For instance, in the Holy Koran there were many warns and caution for all people which is not to become hypocrisy, and how become a hypocritical person will go to the hell.
I believe that hypocrisy is not good because Islam prohibition for many reasons one it is led to spread the hostility among the people, and the other growth ranker and envy.
I found some mistakes in my topic. So I am going to corret them now.
1- In the beginning, her fiancé was so gentle, lover, giver, Affectionate and many other good things that she thought her fiancé ((have should be has)).
2- At the time where he ((did - do)) all things he always ((does - did)).
3-By times - By the time
I am not sure if that were coorect or not but I hope if we can try to share our comments in order to improve our English.
A politician is the most hipocritical person that I have known for many years, but we have never been friends. I began at the university, and I didn't see him because I lived in other country. When I went back to Nicaragua, he didn´t have money and job, but he became in politician. As a result, he had an important job and made a lot of money in short time. Consequently, he built a big and beautiful house and bought a lot of properties. However, his hypocrisy is big because he have spoken against the corruption in T.V. Sometimes policy and hypocrisy are similar things in my country because politicians talk about poor people, but they don´t help them. On the other hand, when politicians get the power, they will live very good.
These are some good examples of hypocritical people. Unfortunately, they are not rare.
Make sure, in your response, you answer the question. Also, we will do more editing of our posts soon. (But feel free to do some editing, as Amal has done -- nice job!) For now, it is important to get in the habit of writing (and reading, speaking, and listening) in English every day.
